Shipping Policy

The return policy described below applies to online orders only, if you have changed your mind and want to return an item for a refund.

You must contact us within:

14 days of delivery your order at info@nordboutique.com
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Please include in your order:

Reference number
Your Full name
Item name

We don’t accept cancellation but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Custom or personalized orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the original conditions. Once the item has been inspected and accepted for return, we will issue a refund without the shipping cost to your credit card, PayPal, or any other half of payment.
